La Primavera Cycling Cap

Out of stock

We've been wanting to make a cycling cap for a good while now, but what can we bring to such a simple and iconic style? It took some time but we finally figured out what the humble cycling cap needed...WAR! That's right war, conflict, rivalries. The best races and eras of cycling have been defined by fantastic rivalries, think Hinault/Lemond or Coppi/Bartali. With this in mind we brought the construction and battle ready nature of lightweight military caps to the humble velo chapeau.

This first iteration of our Allez cap is named after Milan - San Remo, the first classic of the season, better known as La Primavera. Constructed from Brisbane Moss' 16-Wale needlecord in a shade of pink that pays homage to another Italian cycling icon, the Maglia Rosa. Featuring cotton taped seams and a top stitched peak, the cap is one-size-fits-most with a circumference of approx. 55-60cm.
